Rockwell Powers
Rockwell Powers is an emcee from Tacoma, WA. Originally from Anchorage, AK, Zach “Rockwell” Powers began recording and performing when he was 18, playing a major role in Anchorage’s hip-hop community as an artist, promoter, and host of the popular KRUA radio program “Can I Kick It.” After moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 he has quickly gained respect and acceptance as both an up and coming solo artist and front man of hip-hop band “10th & Commerce.” Playing a steady schedule of shows and constantly recording new music, Rockwell is poised to make a name for both himself and Homeskillet Records. His second full length album “Let it Play,” produced entirely by Seattle beatsmith Ill Pill, will be released in April 2009.
