A Helping Hand

image

Here are some last minute stake tweaks by Lee Burkhardt and Evan Love. These two were everywhere they could be to help on the days leading up to the fest. There is a rumor going around that I kicked Lee off the couch so I could sleep on it (after he helped us get home), and I wanted to clarify it is simply not true. There is a song that may get played one day about this stand up gentlement:

“Lee Bertooo ooo ooo oooo ooo: is such a pimp.”

We would also like to thank Dan “The One Man Army” Littlefield for managing a crew of us to get the job done.

And, as always we have Jerrod Galanin to thank.

Sometimes people need to be barked at to complete a vision like assembling a gigantic tent, I am one of them. Jerrod and Dan have been there from the beginning playing music on the beach and always helping out HomeSkillet Records in every way they possibly could. This label, as so far, has been built by all of us contributing our time and effort to the vision of building a record label from Sitka, Alaska.

The community support drives us to do what we do. Thank you.

I will be posting about our guest artists throughout the next few days. Selfishly, I really wanted everyone to know a little bit about who we are. Cheers.
